What is a credit?

One credit produces one full report on one contract — or one side-by-side comparison of two. Chat on a contract you have already reviewed is unlimited and free.

Do monthly credits roll over?

No. The allowance resets to 5 at each renewal. If you routinely need more, tell us and we will sort out a higher tier.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from the Billing button in your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

What if the report is wrong or useless?

Email us within seven days and we refund it. Every finding quotes your contract, so checking whether it is right takes about ten seconds per item.

Is my payment information stored here?

No. Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We store only your email address, your credit balance, and a Stripe customer reference.
